The form at the bottom of this page is the way to reach us. It sends us an email; there is nothing to sign up for, and nothing you type is stored on the site.

What to write about

• A wrong fact or a stale price. Name the tool and tell us what is wrong. We check it against the vendor’s own page and fix the review.
• A tool we should be scoring. A link and one line on who it is for is enough. We can’t score everything, but we read every suggestion.
• A vendor correcting the record. Pricing, plan limits, data policy, integrations: send the page that shows it and we will update the review. Facts we will correct. Scores are editorial and are not negotiable.
• Press. Questions about the rubric, the method or how the site makes money.

We read everything and reply to what needs a reply. A correction usually reaches the site faster than an answer reaches your inbox. Whatever the topic, the more specific you are — the tool, the page, the number you think is wrong — the faster it gets fixed.
